LOVE YOUR BODY AND RUN!
On SATURDAY May 23rd, starting at 8:00am EDT, I offer you a full day of running, running inspiration, body love, body odes, sensual movement, laughs, and more running with the following cast of CHARACTERS:

The schedule is as follows*:
8-8:20 Welcome with Mirna
8:30-9:15 We will begin the day with a mobility/flexibility warm-up session with one of my favorite personal trainers EVER and badass, Lawrence! He is a movement specialist with a little (or a lot) of New York City spice.
9:15-10 You’ll head out for your first 45 min run
10:15-11 Why We Run Workshop with Mirna
11-11:45 Beth will show you the way with her Running Evolution philosophy of coaching and being (a runner)
12:45-1:45 Roz will lead you through a fantastic workshop on moving your body in a way that honors sensuality, and self-love. (Rated G but let’s keep the kids out of it)
2-3:15 LESLIE will guide us in writing an ode (or other praise piece about our wonderful, incredible bodies)
3:15 -3:45 Latoya will speak on Silencing our Inner Trolls (and maybe the other ones too, IF WE HAVE TIME)
4-4:30. Martinus will drop some knowledge and inspiration before your last run of the day!
4:30-5 Closing run!
5:15-5:45 WRAP/Debrief with Mirna
